Within 14 days
You are welcome to either make a refund (on full priced items) or exchange. Items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with original tags in tact. E-receipt must be valid.
After 14 days
Items are subject to exchanges or store credit only.
After 30 days
We are unable to accept any more exchanges or returns. Sorry!

Can I return sale or discounted items?
Sale or discounted items (including Choose What You Pay) are eligible for exchange only at the original value at the time of the sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. If you send back a Final Sale item, we are not able to send it back to you.
How does my refund work?
Once the item has been successfully returned, it will take approximately 7 business days to quality check and process your order. Refunds via credit card typically take 10 business days, and are eligible to be returned to your original payment method only. We are unable to refund your order onto another credit card due to fraud protection. If your credit card has expired and replaced recently, the return may transfer to your new card or via cheque issued by your bank. For more information, please contact your local bank for details.
Where can I send the return to?
All return and exchange items must be shipped to our local warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Mail your return back using local post as the carrier and mark the package as a RETURN - NOT FOR SALE to avoid customs charges deducted on your order:

All return/exchange shipping and duty fees are upon the responsibility of the customer, and we reserve the right to reject a return based on the condition of the product.
If I'm local to Vancouver, can I drop it off?
Yes! Feel free to pop by our office at 309 W Cordova St, #330 and leave it in the wooden crate by the door between Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM, excluding holidays. Please note that the building doors are locked outside of these hours, and please do not leave items outside of the building door as we are not responsible if the package goes missing.
