You are welcome to either make an exchange or a refund. Items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with original tags in tact. E-receipt must be valid.

Items are subject to exchanges via store credit only.
After 60 days
We are unable to accept any more exchanges. Sorry!

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Returns are eligible to be returned to your original payment method only. We are unable to refund your order onto another credit card due to fraud protection. If your credit card has expired and replaced recently, the return may transfer to your new card or via cheque issued by your bank. For more information, please contact your local bank for details.

All return and exchange items must be returned to our local warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Here are the instructions:
Once the item has been successfully returned, it will take approximately 7 business days to quality check and process your order. Refunds via credit card typically take 10 business days. For more information, contact your credit card company.
