All orders will take approximately 2-3 business days to process, excluding pre-orders and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time during holiday season.
If your order includes both an in-stock and a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is available. To receive your in-stock item first, please place separate orders.
If you have a promotional code, please note that promotions cannot be combined.
If you made a mistake on your order, please e-mail us email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the order, but we can't guarantee your order can be amended after it's been placed.
You will receive a confirmation email that your order is placed and is in queue for processing.
Shipping is calculated automatically at check-out with standard and express options.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centre in Richmond, BC between Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number in the e-mail once the order has been processed to track your package.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the address. To find out if your order can be re-routed, we recommend getting into contact with the courier directly.
